Data Deletion Request

StreamOK, provided by Fusion Media, is a video player that plays files already stored on your device.
We do not store a personal account for you. StreamOK has no sign-in, and your video files never leave your device. The only data involved is anonymous usage and diagnostic data — and, in a future version, advertising data — none of which identifies you personally.
What can be deleted
Because there is no personal account, there is no personal profile to erase. However, you can:
- Stop all data collection immediately by uninstalling the app from your device;
- Reset your advertising identifier through your device's privacy settings;
- Request deletion of any anonymous usage, diagnostic, or advertising data that may be associated with your device identifier.
How to request deletion
To submit a data deletion request, either:
- Email us at streamok@yahoo.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"; or
- Use our contact form and mention that you are requesting data deletion.
Where available, please include your device advertising identifier so we can locate and remove any associated records. We will process verified requests within 30 days.
