Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StreamOK application ("the app"), provided by Fusion Media ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using StreamOK, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use StreamOK on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute the app.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use StreamOK only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to access and play. You will not:

• use the app to play, store, or distribute content you do not have the legal right to use;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems;
• use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

StreamOK plays media files that already exist on your device. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to play and for ensuring you have the rights to do so.

3. Intellectual property

The app, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Fusion Media and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All trademarks and product names referenced in the app belong to their respective owners. Your media files remain entirely yours; we claim no rights over them.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or file format, or that defects will be corrected.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusion Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

6. Advertising

StreamOK may be supported by advertising. Ads may be served by third-party providers, and your interaction with ads is subject to those providers' terms and our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Fusion Media's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
