These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the StreamOK mobile application (the "App") provided by StreamOK ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. THE SERVICE
StreamOK is a local video player for Android. It allows you to browse and play video files that are already stored on your device. StreamOK does not download, stream from the internet, or distribute any video content. You are responsible for the video files on your device and for ensuring you have the right to access and play them.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. LICENSE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
4. YOUR CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The App plays media that you already have on your device. You are solely responsible for that media and for your use of the App. You agree not to use the App:
- To play, store, or handle any content that you do not have the legal right to access.
- To violate any applicable law or regulation.
- To infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
- In any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with others' use of it. We do not review, monitor, or have access to the media on your device.
5. ADVERTISING
The App is supported by advertising provided by third-party networks. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads may be shown. Advertising is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services they promote.
6. NOTIFICATIONS
The App may send push notifications about updates, features, and announcements, if you allow them. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or in the App.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses third-party services (including advertising, analytics, push notifications, and contact form processing) that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its design, branding, name, logo, and software (excluding your own media and excluding third-party components), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or file format. You use the App at your own risk.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App, if any.
11. CHANGES TO THE APP AND TERMS
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
