These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the StreamOK mobile application (the "App") provided by StreamOK ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. THE SERVICE
StreamOK is a video player and saving tool for Android. It plays video files stored on your device, saves videos from links you provide, and helps you keep temporary status files that are already on your device.
StreamOK does not host, store, or distribute video content. When you provide a link, the App locates the corresponding file and the file is saved to your device.
The App supports a limited, fixed set of sources. It is not a general-purpose downloader and will refuse links it does not support. It also refuses links to sources that are known to distribute adult content, and refuses content that the source itself has marked as adult or age-restricted.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. LICENSE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
4. YOUR CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to save and for how you use it.
Only save content that you own, that is in the public domain, that is licensed for reuse, or that you otherwise have permission to save. Many online services do not permit their content to be saved, and their own terms of service apply to you independently of these Terms. It is your responsibility to know and follow them.
You agree not to use the App:
- To save, play, store, or handle any content that you do not have the legal right to access.
- To infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any person.
- To save or handle content that is unlawful, or that depicts the sexual exploitation or abuse of any person.
- To violate any applicable law or regulation.
- In any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or our servers, or interfere with others' use of them.
- To circumvent, disable, or interfere with any technical limit, filter, or rate limit built into the App or our servers.
We provide a tool. We do not review, monitor, host, or have access to the content you save, and we are not responsible for what you do with it.
5. NO AFFILIATION
StreamOK is an independent application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any social media, messaging, or video service. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners, and any reference to them is descriptive only.
6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Some features of the App depend on services outside our control. Links may stop working, sources may change without notice, and some content may never be retrievable. We provide these features on a best-effort basis and give no guarantee of availability, completeness, or success for any particular link.
We may modify, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time. We may also apply fair-usage limits to our servers, and may limit or refuse service where usage appears automated or abusive.
7. ADVERTISING
The App is free and supported by advertising provided by a third-party advertising network. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads may be shown, including banners, ads within lists, and full-screen ads at natural transition points. Advertising is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services they promote.
You may be able to limit ad personalization through your device settings. Doing so does not remove ads from the App.
8. NOTIFICATIONS
The App may send notifications about download progress and completion, and push notifications about updates, features, and announcements, if you allow them. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or in the App.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses third-party services, including advertising, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, and contact form processing, that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its design, branding, name, logo, and software, excluding your own media and excluding third-party components, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, file format, or link. You use the App at your own risk.
We are not responsible for the loss of any file saved to your device, and you should not treat the App as a backup service.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App, or from any claim arising out of content you have saved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App, if any.
13. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any right of another person.
14. CHANGES TO THE APP AND TERMS
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
15. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or our servers at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
